Our strategy is to employ a unique approach in dealing with debtors so that when they are able to pay, we are positioned to be priority. Abusive calls and heavy-handed tactics are not tolerated. The collectors are trained, however, to conduct themselves in an efficient and professional manner in order to obtain firm promises. Collection System Our automated collection package, network-based system with flexibility to provide a variety reports and statistical evaluations. Also this system comes with highly automated skip tracing process. Currently, we have engaged Stampede Solution as our software consultant that already produce Volare 2005 and proven to be one of the reliable collection system in the country. Skip Tracing Our skip tracing department consists of personnel strictly dedicated to locating debtors throughout the country. With our reliable and effective sources, we have high success rate in locating debtors. Our Fees Our fees arrangements are very flexible and are based on a contingency fee. No fees will be due unless the account is collected.
